RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return an unopened product, please contact Customer Care by submitting a return request form here, to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.
We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify if your request has been approved or rejected. If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed via store credit only in the form of a Jadyn Alexander Beauty electronic gift card that will be sent via email. (excluding shipping & handling fees). Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your credit.
We only replace items if they are damaged upon delivery or if an incorrect order was shipped.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an incorrect order was received, you must contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt at 602-345-1515, or submitting a return request form here (add a link to a form or an email with a ready made template of requested information). Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to further assist.
