Shipping is from Monday-Thursday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days due to products made fresh weekly.
Business days being defined as Monday - Friday, excluding government holidays.
Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale.
Orders will be sent to the buyer's address unless otherwise specified. Upon order submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive confirmation, please reach out to us at orders@jabeautyco.com to ensure your order has processed correctly. Customer support emails are checked daily.
During high traffic times in the year, we appreciate your patience and will respond as quickly as possible.
Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email.
By finalizing your purchase you are agreeing to be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A tracking number that says "delivered" or "in transit" means that we are no longer liable for your package and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).
